Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to culture consulting products purchased from Floraherbal through floraherbal.world, including the Culture Assessment Workshop ($2,450), Leadership Alignment Program ($4,800), Team Workplace Wellness Integration ($3,200), and custom bundled engagements. Because our products involve scheduled professional services and preparatory work, refund and rescheduling terms differ from physical goods policies.

1. Overview

We want you to feel confident booking programs that support healthy corporate culture. This policy explains cancellation windows, refund eligibility, transfers, and remedies when sessions cannot proceed as planned.

2. Cancellations by Client

More than fourteen business days before the scheduled start date: You may cancel for a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs we have already incurred on your behalf with your prior approval.

Between seven and fourteen business days before start: You may cancel for a fifty percent refund or apply the full amount as credit toward a rescheduled session within six months.

Fewer than seven business days before start: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion in cases of documented emergency. You may transfer the booking to another date once within six months subject to availability and a rescheduling fee of $150.

3. Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is permitted when requested at least seven business days before the original start date. Additional reschedules may incur a $150 administrative fee per change. Failure to attend a confirmed session without notice is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

4. Cancellations by Floraherbal

If we cancel a program due to facilitator illness, severe weather, or other events beyond reasonable control, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost. We are not liable for incidental travel or lodging expenses you may have incurred; we recommend flexible booking where possible.

5. Partial Delivery and Dissatisfaction

If a multi-session program is interrupted after partial delivery, refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed sessions and documented preparatory work. If you believe a delivered session did not meet the agreed scope, notify us in writing within five business days with specific details. We will review in good faith and may offer a make-up session, partial credit, or other reasonable remedy.

6. Digital Materials

Workbooks, templates, and recordings provided before or after sessions are licensed for your internal use. Once downloadable materials have been accessed, their value is considered delivered and is not separately refundable unless the entire program is cancelled under the terms above.

7. Custom and Enterprise Engagements

Contracts for custom culture consulting may specify different cancellation terms. Where a signed agreement exists, its terms control for that engagement. Otherwise, this policy applies.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns directly. Unwarranted chargebacks for delivered services may result in suspension of future bookings.

9. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

Submit requests via reach-us.html with your order reference, program name, scheduled dates, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days; bank processing times may vary.
